About Connect Fluid

A China-based supply and export partner for fluid connector components — built around the idea that the specification is the hard part, not the sourcing.

What we do

We supply hydraulic hose fittings, adapters, ferrules, SAE flanges, tube fittings, quick couplings and camlock couplings, and we produce hose assemblies to specification. We work with a set of audited manufacturing partners rather than a single production line, and we consolidate, inspect and ship on your behalf.

What we are not

We are not a manufacturer. You will never see us describe a factory as our own. The mill and factory names appear on the certificates and the test reports, where they belong, and that is the honest arrangement for a buyer — because the documents that matter for a pressure-containing part are issued by the people who actually made it.

Why we work with multiple manufacturing partners

Anyone can say "we work with many factories". It only means something if it changes what you get. For us it changes three specific things:

Single factoryWhat we can do instead
BreadthSupplies its own product linesOne shipment covering fittings, adapters, ferrules, flanges, couplings and camlock — one order, one invoice, one packing list
Batch sizeMinimum order quantities sized for its own line changesSmall and mixed batches, because demand across product lines can be combined
Process fitMakes everything with the equipment it ownsRoutes each step of a custom job to whoever does that step well — forging, machining, plating, assembly

And one thing that is not an advantage but a responsibility: buying from several sources means we are the single point where quality has to be enforced. That is why the inspection process, not the supplier relationships, is the core of how we operate.

How we work

  1. You send a list, a drawing or a photo. Unspecified is fine — identifying parts is a normal part of the job.
  2. We return a specification and a price. Every line gets a standard, a thread size, a material, a coating and a part number you can re-order against.
  3. You approve samples where the part is custom or the requirement is exacting.
  4. We inspect the consolidated lot and make it available for your own third-party inspection before it ships.
  5. Shipment with a document set aligned to the packing list, and batch numbers that trace back to the inspection records.

Where we are strongest

How to start

Send the part you currently find hardest to source — a drawing, a part number, or just a photo with a ruler in the frame. You will get a specification and a price back, and you can judge the whole process from one order. Request a quote, or start with the selection reference if you are not yet sure what the part is called.
